Connect Lingus app for iPhone and iPad

Connect Lingus started as a language exchange group that was created in April 2015. We began as a small group meeting once a week, alternating between Fridays and Saturdays. In just a few short months our small group began to grow and we had become around 300 members.

As the summer approached we started meeting several times a week at various locations across the city and at the request of our members we began to add different types of events. We not only offer a language exchange but have also done beach days, excursions to the mountains, soccer, beach volley ball matches, wine tastings…

Along with our growth, we have attracted many of the new residents of Palma. We started getting all kinds of messages about questions related to the island and tips on how to settle here. For this reason we have become a source of reference about everything related to life in Mallorca.

Many members have taken advantage of the group to find a place to stay during their time on the island, others use it as a means in which to practice their foreign language skills, but even more have come to find companions with whom to share their time on the island, all the while creating beautiful friendships and unforgettable moments.

Above all, our goal as a group is to create a community where we can share and learn together about our respective languages and cultures in an entertaining way, meeting people from all around the world, but also to provide any help or support needed for our members during their stay in Mallorca.
